School Of System Change
A solid foundation to support the growth of an organisation enabling agency through systems change learning, for a global network of practitioners and leaders.
First, a visual language drawn from natural patterns: mycelial networks, river deltas, tree branches. Complexity expressed simply, across the website and visuals.
Second, a clear, fast and sustainable website (Carbon Rating: A; Speed Index: 0.8s) to support the depth of systems change.
Managed entirely by their team for four years, with light ongoing support and maintenance.
BPCM
Website for an international integrated communications and consulting agency that fuels brand growth across media, social, and culture.
Every word chosen, confident typography, generous whitespace. Nothing that doesn't earn its place. Restraint and precision as a premium signal, the agency reading more confident for everything it chose to leave out. The outcome: a lightweight, low-carbon website that loads in under a second.

The (W)hole Project
Design and Development of the digital platform for a public art project by Clusterduck Collective, and commissioned by the City of Zürich (KiöR). The installation used manhole covers across the city as portals to six layers of our global digital infrastructure.
The multilingual website features a custom interactive map, a directory of more than 600 resources, and bespoke animations. As the door to the AR experience on the street, it had to load fast on mobile, anywhere in the city.
Built to be light, and aligned with the project's values throughout: sustainable, independent, free from Big Tech wherever possible. Deep enough to explore for hours, light enough to load anywhere.

OmVed Gardens
Moving away from Squarespace to a bespoke low-carbon website for OmVed Gardens, a garden, exhibition and learning space in North London.
A digital platform that fully reflects the garden: rounded shapes, a clean aesthetic, a palette that shifts with the seasons through spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
A more confident, visually clear and authentic showcase. Easier to navigate, easier to update for the team.A first impression that finally matches who they are.

wetheknot
Wetheknot is a slow fashion brand based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Their old ecommerce site was carrying too much. We halved the images on collection pages, reworked the typography, restructured product pages so the clothes came first, and added the filtering system the site never had.
Less, but more present, more precise, more coherent and a new shopping experience 3 times faster.
